Why was my payment declined?

We are not able to say for certain, but the financial institution that issued the card being used at checkout can provide additional information if the payment for your online purchased was declined.  Occasionally, prepaid Mastercard or Visa debit/credit cards may be declined at checkout despite available funds.  In some cases, it may be helpful to register the gift card with your specific contact information.  The financial institution that issued the prepaid card may be able to provide additional information if the card was not approved for use at checkout.
