Something didn’t work out for you? No problem! It’s as easy as 1,2,3 to return your item. Make sure to read through the details below to confirm your item's eligibility for return and CLICK HERE to start your return process.

RETURN POLICY

Eligible products may be returned within the 30 days of delivery date
Special Occasion and Formal Dresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery date
Return shipping costs vary by country and will be calculated when you process your return
Original costs for shipping, duties or taxes are non refundable
Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.
