WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
  • No returns or exchanges for final sale items
  • Please bring your original packing slip to the store
  • All shipping and processing costs are non-refundable
  • We can only offer exchanges for Zip Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal Orders for returns to our Retail Stores.
RETURN POLICY
  • Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase ship date.
  • Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (marked with a purple Special Occasion tag) can be returned within 14 days from the original purchase ship date.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
  • Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
  • Fashion tape, adhesive bras, adhesive panties, pasties, earrings, face masks, cosmetics and lingerie are ALWAYS FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
  • Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.
PAYMENT METHODS
  • Purchases made using Zip Pay, Amazon Pay, or Paypal must be returned via Fedex or to a Return Bar in order to receive a refund. Items may be returned to a Windsor Retail Store for EXCHANGES ONLY. 
  • PayPal and Amazon Pay Refunds: Once the online store has processed your return, your money will be refunded to your PayPal or Amazon Pay account.
  • Zip Pay Refunds: If you return your item to the Windsor online store, Zip Pay will deduct the amount for your refund from the balance owed on your Zip Pay account.
  • Exchanges will ONLY be honored in Windsor Retail Stores.
EXCHANGES
  • You may visit any Windsor retail store to exchange your merchandise. The online store does NOT process exchanges.
  • Zip Pay - Please be aware that if you bought items using Zip Pay and exchange them at a retail location, you will still owe a balance to Zip Pay for the original purchase amount. Zip Pay will continue to charge you directly for the remaining installments on your balance.
REFUNDS FOR MAIL RETURNS
  • If you return your items via Fedex with the prepaid label and we have verified that they are meeting eligibility standards, the refund minus the $6.95 for the return label will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the $6.95 fee of the return label. Returns to our retail stores are free, returns to Happy Returns Return Bars are $4.95

  • Merchandise purchased in a Windsor retail store cannot be returned to the online store or to a Happy Returns Return Bar.
  • To receive a full refund, regular priced merchandise must be returned to a retail location within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Regular priced merchandise may be exchanged or returned in a retail location for store credit within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear. 
  • Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached.
  • Regular priced Special Occasion and Formal Dresses (marked with a purple Special Occasion tag) are ALWAYS FINAL SALE when bought in our retail stores.
